 A 12- week program is a great way to start achieving your fitness goals.  It is enough time to begin to see progress while training consistently.​

Having a program takes the guesswork out of the equation and allows you to focus on your workouts without having to worry about what to do next.

I have included 3 programs to fit every budget and every need:  Solo Training, Hybrid Solo Training, and      One-on-one Personal Training.

SOLO TRAINING

  • Perfect for those who prefer working out independently—at home or in the gym—and feel confident performing workouts on their own.

  • 12-week, customized program, based on your goals and fitness level.

  • Includes 12, 24, or 36 workouts total, based on how many sessions you choose per week.

  • Includes the initial consultation.

  • Includes two phone or Zoom calls: one before starting to review your program, and one midway to check your progress.

  • Weekly check-in emails, to help you stay motivated.

  • Workouts are progressive and intentionally structured—each one builds on the last to support steady improvement.

HYBRID SOLO TRAINING

  • Perfect for those who prefer working out independently—at home or in the gym—and feel confident performing workouts on their own.

  • Includes everything in the Solo Training Program PLUS additional customization.

  • Includes two one-on-one assessments: one before the program to establish your baseline, and one after 12 weeks to track progress.

  • Includes corrective exercises to address and improve muscular imbalances found during your assessment.​

  • Weekly check-in emails, to help you stay motivated. 

  • Includes 4 phone or Zoom calls: one at the start to review your program, and one midway through each month to check your progress.

  • Workouts are progressive and intentionally structured—each one builds on the last to support steady improvement.

  • Ideal for those who want structured workouts with expert guidance, support, and accountability throughout each session.

  • Fully customized training program based on your health, current conditions, injuries (past and present), and fitness goals.

  • Includes fitness assessments to establish a baseline and to check for muscular imbalances.

  • Includes corrective exercises to address and improve muscular imbalances found during your assessment.

  • This program lets you focus fully on your workouts—no guesswork, no confusion. Every move is planned and guided for you.​

  • As your trainer, I will be with you every step of the way.

  • Rates vary by frequency-- 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.
