I truly believe that age is just a number. How you lead your life is very much influenced by your fitness level, and the fitter you are, the more you can enjoy your life.
As a personal trainer and fitness instructor for older adults, I can help you take your fitness to the next level, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you can make improvements through a safe and progressive exercise program that I customize just for you!

TRAINING STYLE
STRENGTH IS THE ANTIDOTE TO FRAILTY! ​

Aging is natural, but how we age is a choice. Building strength and gaining muscle is the true Fountain of Youth! I'm here to help you move with confidence, vitality, and joy.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I use the science-based OPT model to guide you through progressive phases of fitness: stability, strength, and--when appropriate-- power. Every phase is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Through progressive overload training you'll be able to increase your muscle mass, bone density, and overall fitness level, safely and effectively.
I also incorporate corrective exercises to address postural and muscular imbalances, helping you move better and feel better.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM ME?

After a thorough fitness assessment-- including any physical challenges, past injuries, or imbalances-- I'll create a fully customized training plan just for you.
Our sessions will be fun, safe, and designed to meet you where you are. We'll train in the comfort of your own home, and I'll bring all the equipment needed. Just grab your water bottle, wear something comfortable, and you're ready to go!
