PATTI LUCCITTI,
NASM-CPT, SFS, FAS, GFAS

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, and an older adult myself, I love motivating this community through their fitness journey!  I have been teaching fitness classes at PebbleCreek since 2014, and I am now excited to join the new and expanded personal training department at Pebblecreek as well.

I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 20 years now.  I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2005, and I also started teaching older adult fitness classes at the same time. 

 

Whether training older adults one-on-one or teaching group fitness classes, I hope to inspire you and to share with you the joy and the sense of well-being that comes from being fit.

I like to take a fun, laid-back approach with my clients and I strive to make the workouts enjoyable and educational.  It is my goal to help you achieve your goals and pass on the knowledge about fitness and wellness that I have acquired not only through the specializations I've received, but throughout my adult life!

I am CPR/AED certified, insured, and hold multiple specialized fitness certifications and training with top-tier, nationally recognized fitness certifying bodies. 

 

The NASM Certified Personal Training certification (CPT) is highly sought after and is well-renowned for its focus on corrective exercise and the use of the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model of training.  I also hold specialized certifications for training the older adult specifically.​
