"I am a 68-year-old retired man. I have been taking exercise classes with Patti for 5 years. The class is 20-20-20 which is a combination of Kettlebell & Weights. Patti brings incredible knowledge on all the muscle groups in our body. So, as I am working out, I am not only learning proper technique, but the impact it has on my body. Eight years ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia (precursor to osteoporosis). The doctor put me on medication and told me to do weight bearing exercises. I signed up and went to Patti’s kettlebell/weights class. Two years later I had reversed the osteopenia the doctor stopped the medication and told me to continue with the weight bearing exercises, which I have.
Patti introduced me to kettlebell training, she also taught me many new dumbbell exercises. Patti emphasizes proper technique to avoid injury and build strength. She adds and changes exercises and reps so it’s not the same old routine. Patti is knowledgeable, well educated and professional when it comes to fitness. I have fun and learn every time Patti instructs me.
